Competitors must supply the adjudicator with a copy of the lyrics and melody line as well as chords ( if applicable)

Copy must be signed and carry the following statement: " This piece ( name of piece) is the original work of ( name of competitor): and I hereby state that, to the best of my knowledge, has not been plagiarised"
