PHOTOGRAPHY DIVISION

ADJUDICATOR: Geraldine Poole, Townsville

1. A completed Declaration Form must be attached to the back each entry.
2. All submissions must be the original work of the competitor.The work may have been submitted as part of a school assignment.
3. The onus is on the entrant to package photos adequately if mailing and no responsibility will be accepted for loss or damage.
4. All prints may be glued to thin cardboard only, same size as the photo or slightly larger to create a border,
5. No framed or matted photos will be accepted. A matted photo is one which is attached to a backing board and a windowed matte goes over the top of the photos, giving an external 3D bordered effect.
6. Prints can be a minimum of 5”x7” to a maximum 11”x14”.
7. No enhancement except for Section 631.
8. Works will be displayed in the Civic Theatre Foyer from Wednesday 9^th to Wednesday 16^th September.
9. Results will be published on the Townsville Eisteddfod website & on Stardom.
10. Prize presentations will be held in the Civic Theatre on Wednesday 16^th September 2026 from 3:30-4:30pm.
11. Works & trophies must be collected from the Civic Theatre before 26^th September 2026. Any work not claimed by 26^th September 2026 will be destroyed.
