PROGRAME & DANCERS SEASON PASS PACKAGE NEW for 2018

When checking out from Stardom this year a $25 admin fee will be added to your invoice.

Once the programme is finalised it will be easily accessed/downloaded online via our website. To obtain your hard copy, simply present your stardom invoice at the event to collect both your printed programme and (one) dancers pass. Further dancers season passes in the case of duos, trios and dancer siblings can be purchased on the day. Every Dancer must have a season pass although only ONE will be issued and paid for on checkout via Stardom.

In 2018 we will cease posting any programmes or passes. Prior to the event you may purchase hard copies of the solo programmes at Showtime Dancewear at their Kuluin or Warana Stores.

It is important to watch Facebook for the announcement as to when the programme can be accessed. This is an intial trial that we hope solves all the problems we encountered with the mail out of programmes & passes in previous years.

It is compulsory that every Dancer entered in this competition purchases a season pass. This pass allows access to the theatre, stage and dressing rooms. These passes are only valid from 4th to 8th April and NOT for Groups.

Additional programmes & passes will be on sale at the event. Payment is cash only as we do not have EFT facilities.

Now that the committee has successfully worked with online entries via Stardom for the past 2 years we wish to bring the following issues to your attention-:

At the time of checkout and payment you need to print & have a copy of your Stardom invoice as proof of payment. Should this not be generated then the payment did not go through but this can easily be rectified through Stardom. We regret that entries/invoices not paid for in full via Stardom by the 11th February will not be included in the competition or the programme.

TEACHERS PASSES

Teachers will be issued with a pass. Please collect your pass from the Admin table on arrival
