ORIGINAL COMPOSITION VOCAL.

ENTRY CONDITIONS.

Competitors must supply the adjudicator with the melody line as well as lyrics and chords( if applicable)

Copy must be signed and carry the following statement "This piece ( name of piece) is the original work of (name of competitor);and I hereby state that, to the best of my knowledge, has not been plagiarised."

156 Vocal &/or Instrumental Original Composition Solo or Small Group     Open

THIS CATEGORY MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 COMPETITORS TO GO AHEAD This can be a solo or small group performance. This MUST be an Original Composition: The piece performed must have been written by one of the performer(s). A copy of the performance piece must be handed to the adjudicator, prior to performance. THE WORDS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY WRITTEN MUSICAL NOTATION. It is ESSENTIAL that MUSIC NOTATION is provided so the adjudicator can follow the music you are playing.
