2025 VISUAL ART DIVISION

ADJUDICATOR: Cath Meharry, Townsville

Art Works (except 3D) due at the Townsville Eisteddfod Office, behind St Mary’s Church, Castling Street, West End, by 3.00pm Sunday 10th August, 2025

3D Works due in the Foyer of the Civic Theatre on Tuesday 9th September 2025 from 4pm to 6pm. 

  1. A completed Declaration Form must be attached to the back each entry.
  2. All visual art works must be the original work of the competitor. The work may have been submitted as part of a school assignment.
  3. 1 entry per competitor per Section is allowed.
  4. Works will be displayed in the Civic Theatre Foyer.
  5. Results will be published on the Townsville Eisteddfod website.
  6. Works & trophies must be collected from the Civic Theatre before 27th September 2025. Any work not claimed by 27th September 2025 will be destroyed.

3D ART WORK

  1. Maximum size of work – 30 cm Height/width/depth, maximum weight 4kg.
  2. Clay and/or papier mache and/or recycled materials.
  3. Must be free- standing – cannot be hung or propped up.
