Acrobatic Definition: There are two types of acrobatic tricks.  The first being tumbling work, which is where the body is launched into a tumbling manoeuvre.  Tumbling work can be aerial (where the whole body is airborne) or can remain grounded (where one or more body parts remaining in contact with the ground).  Examples of these tricks include (but are not limited to) tinsceis, backflips, brahnes and cartwheels.  The second type is contortion work is where the body is stretched and bent to demonstrate flexibility of the legs, back and neck.  Examples of these tricks include (but are not limited to) bend backs, swallows, and lamp posts.
