IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT ALL COMPETITORS, TEACHERS AND PARENTS READ THE RULES AND CONDITIONS FOR EACH SECTION AND THE GENERAL COMPETITION RULES.
Entries and Fees
All entries are to be made on-line via www.stardom.com.au.
Each competitor pays a fee per section entered, as printed on the computer-generated invoice, plus a single administration fee appearing on the invoice after all required sections have been entered.
All entries close at 5pm Thursday April 13th 2017. Late entries/late payments will not be accepted.
*The Eisteddfod Council reserves the right to cancel any sections which in its opinion have attracted insufficient entries and refund entry fees, or to divide or combine any section/s in consultation with entrants.
*A timekeeper will be appointed and when the time limits stipulated are not adhered to then no mark, placing or prize is awarded to that competitor. However the written adjudicator's report will be provided.
*In Section No. E805 piano accompaniment is allowed. In other sections, except Section No. E811, piano may be played but only by a competitor of eligible age.
*The performance may have a conductor with the exception of an ensemble in Section No. E801.
*Where not stipulated, the maximum number of competitors in an ensemble is 20. Music stands should be brought if required.
