All entries are to be made and paid on-line via www.stardom.com.au using the Stardom payment system.
Each choir, chorus or group pays a fee per section entered, as printed on the computer-generated invoice, plus a single administration fee appearing on the invoice after all required sections have been entered.   The invoice may then be paid on-line.   Two pieces are requested to be performed per section entry.  Entrants are asked for the title and composer and/or arranger of each piece, the conductor and accompanist plus telephone number, and finally the number of choristers in each choir (which information is to be provided when registering the entry on line).

Competitors, teachers and parents are advised to read the General Eisteddfod Rules and Conditions carefully.
They should also note the following additional rules which apply to the Choral Division.

2.   Copies of the works to be performed accompanied by the copyright forms MUST be submitted to the Convenor via post or email by Monday 16th May 2022 or earlier.
3.   The same group of choristers must perform both songs in any one item of the Section.
4.   Individuals may be in more than one choir in the same section if the permission of the conductors is obtained and given to the convenor in writing.
5.   A conductor may conduct any number of choirs.
6.   A conductor must not sing with the choir.
7.   The complexity of the work will be taken into account in relation to the quality of the performance.
8.   The Society will not be liable for any breach of copyright related to photocopies.

10. Prior approval must be sought from the Convenor before any instrument other than piano is used for accompaniment.

In addition to the prizes for each of the sections listed below, three special awards will be presented following the conclusion of the Choral Competitions:
