Brass Sections 3.07 to 3.10

Adjudicator: Ms Cate Waugh


Entrants must register no later than 45 minutes after the session start time as advised on the entrant’s Notice of Appearance. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.


Sections in Category 3 may be combined at the discretion of the Committee.


Venue:

Sections 3.07-3.10: Parkview Room (next to Camberwell Library), 340 Camberwell Rd, Camberwell

The venue will open 45 minutes prior to the commencement of the session.


General:

Please refer to the section schedule for specific rules.


Competitors can choose music of their own choice for all sections.


Section 3.10 - Open Brass Solo

Two works to be performed.


Official Accompanist Fee $2.00.



Special Awards:

Boroondara City Lions Club Encouragement Awards
Prize: $500 (separate entry not required)

 

Two Encouragement Awards of $500 will be offered to promising entrants in sections 3.05 (Woodwind Solo 16 yrs and under) and/or 3.08 Brass Solo (16 yrs and under). Note: recorder players will not be eligible for this award as they will be considered for the Don Cowell Memorial Trust Award.
